We let bright and modern student apartments in Clausthal-Zellerfeld. Allocated on three floors we offer 49 completely furnished rooms from 21 m² up to 73 m². All rooms have available a modern bathroom with shower. For every tenant there is a parking space for free.

Feel Good
All rooms have available an own bathroom, furnishing included. We made it our business to use the latest sanitary standard. The bathrooms are spacious and bright with a trendy design.
The Kitchen
All rooms have available an own kitchen area with hob. Sink and fridge are included. Depending on the flat’s size the kitchen is a seperate room with a place to sit and eat.
